The BMS Physical Education department focuses on fitness and team building, with a special emphasis on exploring life-long activities that students can continue throughout their life.
• Quarter 1: Students explore volleyball, tennis, and have a Fitness Day.
• Quarter 2: Students explore basketball, a dance unit where all grades create their own dance routine in groups, and have a Fitness Day.
• Quarter 3: Students explore indoor games such as soccer, floor hockey, team handball, shotgun football, bowling, and 4-corner soccer. They also have a Fitness Day.
• Quarter 4: Students participate in soccer, softball, the Presidential Fitness test, and have a Fitness Day.

All students are expected to change for PE class.
