BMS Wrestlers took 1st Place at the PEG League Tournament!
The Basalt Middle School Wrestling team coached by Keegan Gilligan, Eric Hunsberger, and Ryan Bradley won the PEG League (Pitkin, Eagle, Garfield Counties) wrestling championship on 3/1/25 hosted by Basalt. The team includes both male and female wrestlers in 7th/8th grade from 6 area middle schools including Aspen Middle, Aspen Community, Basalt MIddle, Carbondale Middle, Carbondale Community, Cornerstone, and home-schooled students. It was the 6th time BMS has won the tournament in the past 17 years.
