Beginning on November 29, peer tutoring will now be offered at Basalt Middle School on Thursdays from 3:40 to 4:40pm with Aspen High School students. The high school tutors are required to have G.P.A.s above a 3.75 and extensive experience in the subject in which they will be offering help. All middle school students are welcome to come for help on homework, projects, or assistance with studying for any subject. There will be food and drinks provided, and enough tutors that each student can be offered personal help. The club is sponsored by BMS teacher Beth Grieser and will be held in the BMS Library.
