If there has been a change to your contact information, your child's emergency contacts or if your child's medical profile or information has changed since last year, please contact the front office to update your information.
6th Grade Families
Your 6th grade student must be up to date on all immunizations including TDap, or your student will not be allowed to attend school later this fall. Contact the front office for details.
